The City of Sanford is taking important steps to improve how development projects are reviewed and approved. We’ve launched a new initiative to make the process more efficient, transparent, and customer-focused — for residents, developers, business owners, and our internal team.
We’ve partnered with Raftelis, a national consulting firm, to lead a deep dive into our Development Review Process. Together, we’ll be looking at what’s working, what needs improvement, and how we can better serve our community.
